Snake River Properties’ agents service the client instead of the transaction. We work for the client in both seller and buyer representation. It doesn’t matter how big or small the sale is, we want the to meet the clients' needs. We’re in a personal service business and pride ourselves on life-long client relationships.
Founded in 1999 by Belden and salesperson Jill Haworth, Snake River Properties has since added several part owners and agents and expanded our offices from Wilson, Wyoming to Victor, Idaho. In late 2005, Belden’s son and business partner Sean O’Brien moved to Hamilton, Montana to open Bitterroot River Properties as a branch of Snake River Properties. We now have ten total agents working for clients in Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.
